Lennhoff Properties is a family-run business founded in 2020 with the goal of providing quality property management for a reasonable cost in the Merrimack Valley area. We are located in Lawrence, Massachusetts and have a close team of full-time employees in the office and in the field.
When we started Lennhoff Properties, we wanted to become known for our excellent customer service and personal touch. While we have expanded a little since first opening, we feel we are still able to offer our customers the consideration that is not often found at other property management companies. We value this reputation, so will always go the extra mile for you.
We offer a hands-off experience to owning rental properties for our owners, so when you choose us, you can be sure that all the stress of managing a property will be taken off your hands. With Forrest’s trade knowledge, connections and dedication along with Taylor’s meticulous attention to detail and approachable nature, we have the experience necessary to manage problem properties and tenants while improving overall operations, value and ability to generate income.

In addition to traditional apartment style housing, we are also proud to be the largest boarding house (rooming house or lodging house) operator in the city of Lawrence with nearly 200 units under management. As an ambitious and growing company, we strive every day to create a positive experience for our clients and their tenants.
